We love Orchards, and more importantly, what orchards produce!

We believe that what you put in you get out - we never tire in our quest for perfection:

- preferring to wait patiently for our fruit to ripen in the orchards rather than press from the cold store

- encouraging natural biodiversity (we'd rather have the birds and the bees doing what they do best!)

- using the best English fruit and tastiest varieties available

We use traditional West Country methods made easier by modern techniques to produce our wholesome delicious products.

We want to make you smile - whether you are sharing with family and friends, celebrating, or whether you are simply indulging yourself.

Why the orchard pigs? We just love keeping our friendly, gentle and sociable "Old Spots" - they remind us not to take life too seriously, and their lust for life (and good food!) reflects our own!

The Great Taste Awards & Taste of The West

Forget the Olympics - The Orchard Pig has won its own gold medals! We have been presented with a much-desired three star Gold Great Taste Award for our Medium Table Cider, and a one star Gold Great Taste Award for our Lord Lambourne single variety apple juice.

More recently we have also won Gold (Falstaff) and Silver (Bramley & Jonagold) at The Taste of The West awards

At The Orchard Pig we are truly delighted with these awards. Winning "Great Taste" and "Taste of The West" awards recognizes the craft and dedication that goes into making superb food and drink. The Orchard Pig manages our orchards with great care; we are sensitive to the environment and we find that the result is excellent fruit, and from great fruit comes award winning juice and cider. Our cider is made in a way that produces a clean tasting, light, refreshing product. Bottled in wine bottles, it sits happily on the table throughout a meal and is great to share with friends.
